After earning a finance degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2006, Ben joined Conner Insurance as an advisor. His strengths in strategic planning and communication quickly made him a top advisor in the Indiana insurance industry, working with prominent companies by his late 20s. Promoted to CEO in 2013, Ben and his partners acquired Conner Insurance in 2015. Under his leadership, the firm tripled in size, retained 90% of clients, expanded its advisor team, and grew its customer base significantly. His clients have achieved flat or reduced healthcare costs, a rare feat in the industry. Conner Insurance has been named a Best Place to Work in Indiana nine times and earned multiple Healthiest Workplace awards. Ben has also received national recognition, including finalist for BenefitsPro’s 2020 Broker of the Year. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three children and enjoys sports, reading, traveling, and family time.

Todd Hufford is the Chief Operations Officer at Conner Insurance based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Previously, Todd was the Senior Business Consultant at Conner Insurance and also held positions at Navigate Capital Management. Todd received a Bachelor degree from Purdue University.
